BY PLANE, Guimaras can be reached by a 45-minute plane ride from Manila Airport to the New Iloilo Airport of International Standard in Cabatuan, Iloilo. From there, a 30 to 45 minutes ride to Ortiz Wharf or Parola Wharf in Iloilo City by means of Taxi. You will then take a pumpboat ride for 15 to 25 minutes going to Guimaras, to Jordan Wharf or Buenavista Wharf.

BY SEA, Guimaras can be reached via an 18-hour transport from Manila Port to Fort San Pedro. From there, a 10-minute taxi to Ortiz Wharf or a 5-minute ride to Parola Wharf. From the Wharf, you can take a 15 to 25-minute pumpboat ride to Jordan Wharf or Buenavista Wharf.

BY LAND, from Cubao, Manila, 18 to 20 hours by bus (Dimple Star) to Jordan Roro Wharf; Transport within the Province: All the five (5) municipalities and most barangays within the province are accessible by land transport. However, three island barangays can only be reached via pumpboats.

Land Travel to Nueva Valencia takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour via Public Utility Jeepney or Vans for hire.
